A+ Psychlone Computers provided the absolute best service on my computers that I have ever received in my life! He quickly diagnosed all of the issues that our two PCs were having (note: these diagnostics were free, while other places in town charge you for just looking at your computer). He and I talked about what I need in terms of performance and then he made recommendations based on what I told him we use the computers for. He ordered parts that I requested for upgrades and had those upgrades done asap. Everything was reasonably priced and he provided excellent communication during the repairs and when he was done. He also helped in a follow-up call when we were having connectivity problems due to my wi-fi and advised me on ethernet splitters and cords I could buy locally. Colby helped me a couple of years ago. A company was trying to scam me out of about $850.00, claiming my computer was infected and only they could fix for me. Colby told me to not pay the other company and that he could fix the problem for a lot less than they were charging me. I did as he suggested and then took the computer to him and he had it back to the same day completely cleaned up at a much lower cost.

This week, my old computer was on it's last leg. I bought a new one and took the old computer and the new one to Colby. He transferred all of the data from the old to the new and had them both back to me same day. Absolutely amazing service. I came in with a PC that wouldn't start up. He diagnosed the issue within an hour and ordered the part to fix it. Update 1.15.2021 - I brought the same PC in again today with a completely different issue. Corrupted operating system/hard drive. I basically brought him an expensive brick first thing this morning and he delivered a fixed machine that works better than the day I bought it.
