Upon entering the store I was greeted immediately. I had several items that needed repair and questions about a piece of gold that I was willing to sell. It was a pleasure dealing with all that helped me with my first experience at Sickingers. I highly recommend not only for customer service, but fair pricing and lovely displays of jewelry.

,, second visit to the shop was just as pleasant as the first. I brought in more jewelry for repair and purchased another chain for one of my necklaces. I also left a ring to be resized and was pleasantly surprised my other repairs were done while I was still there. I was very excited to meet more of the family, so I have met Jim Jason, cousin Ben, and I don't know if Donna and Wanda are relatives or not. Such nice people. Thank you so much. What a beautiful store with a friendly staff who are all so helpful. They do sizing locally which is important to me. I was not sure if the cold weather would be a good time to make them smaller, and Sheri took time to do a consultation, clean my rings, and help me get silicone sizers to hold them in place until the spring. This generosity and care is exactly why I will come back to Sickinger’s to do the work. I was assured all the stones are safely held even after 13 years and there was no pressure. They have a terrific inventory to fit anyone’s taste and budget. I love dreaming through their catalog, but you have to see the gems sparkle in person to really appreciate the quality of their jewelry. I expected a half a ct total weight wedding band, my fiancee picked it up without me. We were charged $2,500 for this ring, which we financed. I opened it and it was 1/10th ct total weight. The ring was made beautifully, however we received no call explaining the diamond difference and my fiancee walked out being overcharged by $1,000!! I went back and got cash back, no other offers of making up for the fact he is stuck still with over financing of the ring or the fact that it wasnt what I wanted, or a simple phone call at the least. His ring also didnt fit. Never going back again, sad I've heard such positive feed backs but we did not have the best experience. How somebody allows you to walk out being overcharged a grand...
