DXL Big + Tall — Local services in Cedar Hill

Went in today looking for a sport coat or blazer. Upon entering the store I was greeted upon entering the store.

Carl, the sales associate, was very friendly and even helped me find the correct size in jacket. He even showed me DXL's online catalog and showed me what the surrounding stores had in my size. He wrote down the info for one of DXL stores near by that had a jacket I was interested in stock and offered to call to have them hold it so I could try it on to ensure perfect fitment. He really went above and beyond to ensure I was making a purchase I would be happy with.

I left the store to go to lunch before heading over to the store he gave me the info on, and while eating I browsed the website he gave me and saw a blazer I was interested in that was I'm stock at his location. I went back and he found the jacket for me and I purchased it. I was happy to come back and do business with Carl and DXL based on his customer service!

I hate to catch this guy off guard but I wanted you all to know him when you visit. From the moment I walked in DXL Anthony made me feel SUPER welcomed. Not too over bearing and not to quiet but just the souther hospitality most places are missing. As a bigger person I hardly go into clothing stores because I know I usually have to buy my things offline but visited this DXL store and it was IMMACULATE. Super clean and smelled super good. Now the only thing I’m complaining about are the prices. But for me to be able to find everything I needed and even to have to size down some made a giant like me feel like I was in a normal store.
