HUGE MISTAKE!!! If I could give -10 stars, I would. My family and I decided to try a new pho place close to home and we definitely made a huge mistake coming here. Upon entering the establishment, we were seated at a table near the window on the right of the restaurant. Another patron entered the restaurant and a disagreement ensued about her order being wrong again and the older Vietnamese woman continued to raise her voice at her. We were looking around and the seats were covered in beautiful, purple linens and when we looked down at our table linens, there were stains and food on the what would be white linens. Despite the filthy table linens, we tried giving the establishment the benefit of the doubt and stay. The older woman then came to our table to take our order, did not write it down and then went to the back and started yelling again which made us feel extremely uncomfortable. Two of the four items we ordered were brought to our table and we asked to be moved to a different table that wasn't so dirty. The young waitress obliged and moved us to a different table. When our appetizer arrived, we informed the young waitress that we did not order a spicy tuna roll and ordered the crispy rice. She went to the back to inform the older woman it was wrong and they both came out and said we did order it but we didn't. I proceeded to tell her that it was extremely unprofessional to be yelling and that I understand Vietnamese because I'm Korean and Vietnamese and she rolled her eyes and walked away. The customer service was awesome! They seated me almost right away. Took my order within 5 minutes. I got my appetizer within 10 minutes of being seated. I ordered the spring rolls and the peanut sauce was delicious. Everything was great except for the, I assume lettuce, but it had the texture of spinach so I don’t know. The possible spinach wasn’t crisp and fresh but the shrimp, noodles, carrots etc made up for it.

My meatball pho was delicious. It was hot and the broth was so tasty. The toppings were great, fresh cilantro, and the sprouts were nice and crisp.

downside the lime was old and hard to squeeze, and the jalapeños looked old as well.

I ate until I was full because the pho was soo good. The waitress checked in on me to see how I was doing. Also two other staff members checked in as well. They were very attentive and kind. I really appreciated that.

I would highly recommend this place. Only thing I can say needs improvement is the fresh ingredients. The jalapeño, limes, and whatever green was used in the spring roll needs to be fresh. Making improvements there would heighten the enjoyment of the experience.

Also I had a smoothie, which makes my mouth water just thinking about it now. It was so sweet and refreshing. I loved it.

SPOILED VEGETABLES AND RUDE SERVICE!!!!!! I have come here multiple times and every time has been either okay or disgusting. What keeps me coming back? It's the only pho restaurant in this area. I sometimes order the shrimp spring rolls and 9 times out of 10, the lettuce tastes sour. I ordered them again today, just to give them another chance, and the lettuce was so sour I nearly spat it out. At the end of my meal, I asked if the spring rolls could be taken off my check because I didn't eat them due to the lettuce being spoiled. The lady at the front quickly responded telling me that they don't return food and showed me where on the menu it says "Food no return". However, I was not trying to return the food back to the kitchen because I didn't like it, I was trying to refund it because the vegetables were sour. I told the woman this three separate times and most of her responses were "Mhm, mhm" and repetitively telling me that food cannot be returned, which again, I was not trying to do. May I also add, something is off with their boba and drinks. I do not know what, but something is off. I have tried to give this disappointment of a restaurant multiple chances, but I see I had to learn the hard way. This will be my LAST time here....
