I want to give this location 5 stars. They just can’t get my simple order right. I drive through by myself and order 1 drink. On one occasion you’ve not put a fresh lime in my Diet Coke as ordered and paid for, second occasion gave me regular Coke with fresh lime (ordered Diet Coke), 3rd occasion added unwanted vanilla to my Diet Coke and fresh lime and today’s visit gave me Regular Mountain Dew instead of Diet Mountain Dew. My son brings today’s order home, sticker says Diet Mountain Dew take a sip and realize that it is regular Mountain Dew. I check my blood sugar levels and sure enough they are high, ugh. Not good to mess up an order giving a diabetic regular when they ordered diet.

FIZZ you gotta step up your game. We go to the Cedar Hills location cause we think that SWIG tried to do you dirty last year when you were brand new. I will say SWIG has NEVER messed up our order. And for $3+ per soda, and often $1 tip per drink, you guys just can’t seem to get it right.

Please slow down, double check the order and get it right. 4 mess ups over the last month on simple orders. Here’s my go to: Diet Mountain Dew or Diet Coke with Fresh Lime. That’s it! Simple. I attached a photo with today’s drink. Just needed to read the label and follow your own...

I am so grossed out. The car in front of me had a dog sticking out of the window. The girl at the window put whipped cream on a spoon, the dog was licking it and eventually ended up with her hand in its mouth. . Then she goes and grabs a small cup with more whipped cream. (Probably didn’t wash her hands cause it took two seconds) she starts to wipe her hands with a rag, then starts petting the dog again as they are both hanging out of their windows, the dog is licking her everywhere. She stayed at the window while I pulled up then grabs a paper towel pats her hands off, NO soap or water, and takes my phone to pay and fills our drinks and popcorns up. She noticed one of my drinks were dripping so takes her arm and wipes it… with her skin 🤢 I really should have said something but I was so grossed out, I went straight to the trash and just threw it all away. I hate being rude and don’t leave reviews; but I am still nauseous thinking about all the stuff and dogs she touches, then hands...

I ordered a 44oz Dr Pepper with cream, vanilla & raspberry syrup, & Churro Bites. The lid was not pushed down on my cup very well, but luckily I caught it before it spilled. There were only 6 bites, which were on the small side & very doughy. They were in a big Styrofoam container which caused them to be quite moist & chewy, not light & crispy. They gave me my 44 oz. drink & bites at the same time, which would have been difficult to deal with if I didn't have anyone with me. The drink was fine, the bites were disappointing.
