Crestview at Highland — Local services in Highland

Would highly recommend living at Crestview Ridge at Highland. It is extremely family friendly- we have 4 kids and they were super happy living here. Tons of other kids to play with, the pool/hot tub is an awesome addition with the playground right next door. We walked the trail right from the parking lot almost every night (sunsets from the trail are beautiful)- and it’s great that it leads right to the elementary school & Harvey park. Amy and the office staff were extremely accommodating, professional, and seem to actually care about the residents. I have rented from many different property management/land lords, etc.- but Amy seemed to go above and beyond and didn’t treat residents like they were just a number, easily replaced, etc. Very understanding and communicative. Maintenance was always quick and on top of requests and the townhomes themselves are quite cute! Also extremely pet friendly! We were sad to leave and have already referred...

Within a mile radius, you'll find food establishments, a car wash, a grocery store, and a gas station. ~ We also enjoy the Highland trail system that connects right behind the Townhomes. My wife and I have had a great experience living at our house in Crestview Point and would recommend living here to anyone, especially young families with kids. We moved into our house earlier this year, and the process was hassle free and fast. The house was brand new and has all the latest smart home features that we can control from our phone. The neighborhood is family friendly, and my kids have made so many new friends. We moved here because of the local access to the Murdock Trail System and have been able to ride our bikes all the time, such a great location.
