Cupbop - Korean BBQ — Restaurant in Cedar Hills

Following my son’s school concert, I took him out to eat. He chose this location of Cupbop. I was looking forward to spending time with him and talking about his plans after graduation. We arrived about 8:30 PM and ordered dine in. After ordering our food, we waited for a while. Our food was delayed. They were apologetic. It was not a big deal to us as we were enjoying our conversation. Then a few minutes after we finally got our food, they asked us to leave the store. The store closed at 9 o’clock. It was only a few minutes after, but they asked us to leave. I was surprised and disappointed. I thought there was a misunderstanding. I asked to talk to a manager. I was told that the manager only works during the daytime hours. I asked for a store phone number so I could call him tomorrow. They said they did not know the store phone number and that I could Google it. I am saddened by the lack of hospitality and will not...

Update: Shortly after writing this review months ago, they started labeling pickup orders. Not sure if this review had anything to do with it, but thank you for making the change. It didn't go unnoticed, and my new rating reflects that.

Original review: Mixed feelings. We've been here several times, and the food is always good, but we always have the same problem. We order online for pickup and the orders are never labeled. Usually my wife and I get something different so it's easy enough to figure out, but this time we ordered the same thing except she gets gluten free noodles, and since neither was labeled we had no way of knowing which was which. Tried to call the store to ask if there was a way to tell, but the listed # is non-fuctioning. Ended up just having to guess. Please start labeling...

i ordered on doordash twice and they messed this up so today i drove all the way down just to make sure they didn’t mess up. i asked for extra sauce. they were so stingy with the sauce. barley any. i was very very very clear that i wanted a ton of sauce. i explicitly said “if it seems like too much, double it” still barley any sauce. i’ve given them a bad review on doordash for the same reason. this is absolutely ridiculous. how much clearer can i be? i’m absolutely outraged. it’s a little my bad for not checking the order before i got home i should have checked while i was there. but i gave them the benefit of the doubt that they wouldn’t mess up because i drove down just to be very clear about the sauce. all other locations have no...
