Just purchased the DreamBox 3, the DreamCart & a few accessories. I was worried the DreamBox 3 would not fit all of my miscellaneous arts & crafts however I was completely wrong! This turned out to be the best piece of furniture I have purchased in decades! Some items did arrive damaged but their customer service team is impeccable! They addressed every issue, they did not make me jump thru hoops to resolve my issues/damages due to shipping. The team was extremely pleasant to work with, & very understanding! My replacement pieces were immediately submitted w/o any hassles or difficulties.

When I purchased my DreamBox 3, Create Room offered a Pre-Assembly option heavily discounted to $99.00. I must say HANDS DOWN, it’s worth every penny! My time is extremely valuable, definitely worth more than $9.90 hourly to $19.80 hourly. Create Room guesstimates a full assembly build varies from 5 to 10 hrs. the average full build time w/ 2 people appears to be 7hrs. to 8hrs best case scenario.

7 to 8 hrs. calculates to $12.38 to $14.15 per hr. in labor. Per my calculations Pre-Assembly rate @ $99.00÷5hrs= $19.80 hourly best case scenario, or $99.00÷10hrs= $9.90 hourly worst case scenario. So for someone as busy as I am this was a a huge win for me. The Pre-Assembly build only took my husband approx. 1 hr. to fully assemble the Pre-Assembled DreamBox 3.

My only complaint would be shipping, shipping was included for free, I automatically assumed the “free shipping” included shipping item to my house & my DreamBox brought to my door however, that was not the case, I found out @ time of delivery free delivery meant curbside delivery. Later I saw an email I missed that gave me an option to paid an additional $50 extra to have the huge box placed inside in my garage. This is something I believe they should go the extra mile & try to make their delivery service very clear, especially when this item is mostly purchased by women, I couldn’t imagine if my daughter, mother, or grandmother purchased the DreamBox there would be no way they could get it into their house unless they paid a moving company to come help them.

Other than shipping everything else was great, the DreamBox is made very well, their customer service is amazing! I highly recommend & encourage everyone that is considering the DreamBox to please do yourself a favor and go forth with the purchase. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Dream box 2 is well made with a lot of storage, however, customer service leaves a lot of room to be desired. A few hours after ordering they sent an email offering a free product as a last minute pitch to lure customers into the existing sale that was ending at midnight. I emailed them regarding this and if there was any way to safety bracket the product to a kitty corner wall. I got no response the first two times. The third time a rep responded and told me what her husband used to bracket hers to the wall (not what i asked) but didn't answer my actual question, nor did she respond to my issue with the free item. I replied and asked again and got a response but it still was not an answer to my question and still ignored my issue with the free item. The fourth time I was given a link to the website that provided where to attach the brackets, which i already knew, and that same link she directed me to referred me back to customer service with additional questions which is why i contacted them to begin with.

They product arrived damaged. The back board was broken on the bottom, there were pieces on the trim that were lifting and it was full of sawdust. For what you spend on this thing and pay to "prebuild" I would expect them to wipe out the sawdust mess they made when drilling. There were literal piles of it.

I didn't bother reporting the lifting trim because there isn't anything they can do to fix that without sending me an new top, which i paid them to put together and now would have to take apart and rebuild but i did reach out with pics immediately of the broken piece. They ordered a new part quickly, but the wrong one. Thankfully i noticed the order and was able to get it fixed before they sent it. I told them what part was broken so i gave no idea why they ordered a different one.

I did end up getting a credit for the last minute free item but not without going back and forth repeatedly because they kept ignoring what was in the email when responding.

It offers plenty of storage, is very sturdy, hinges are strong and well made. While it's a great piece of storage furniture I'm glad I waited and got it on a hefty sale because I do think...

I purchased the Dream Box 1 in December of 2023. We had a new house under construction and I wanted the Dream Box for my craft room. The Dream Box was delivered before construction was completed so we didn’t get to put it together until after almost a month after receiving it. I was so excited when we finally got it started. My excitement was soon deflated. I received an email that I might have received a table that the pre drilled holes for the legs were drilled in the wrong place. When we got to that step they had indeed been pre drilled in the wrong place and the video that was sent didn’t even make any sense so my husband had to figure out how to correct it on his own. We finally got it all together and the table fell,the supports would not hold it in place. I called customer service and we were told to tighten a screw in the back of them. We had to take the table back off to do this and the table is heavy. The table continued to fall so after contacting customer service again new supports were sent. The table still fell so another set of supports were sent same thing the table fell. We have been through 4 new supports and two tables. The table still will not stay in place. When I contacted customer support that it was still falling and sent a video which in the video I sent it didn’t fall on its own but just took me gently pulling it with one finger. I was told they had done all they can. I paid over 3000.00 dollars and I am literally scared to death my fingers are going to be smashed when I pull the table up. There has to be a fix to...
