Please avoid this business and go anywhere else! They are untrustworthy and will steal from a single mother with 3 small children. We purchased a headboard frame and mattress from them online. They scheduled a delivery and the day of, called to say the mattress wasn't in yet. So it was set up for the following weekend. It was all delivered and after we took the mattress out of the plastic, we realized that it wasn't the one we ordered and paid.

After multiple phone calls and promises that the manager would call, shockingly nothing happened. We were told that they couldn't get the mattress that we wanted so they chose another one without saying a word. The one they choose for us is cheaper and not the same quality and attributes as the one ordered. They refuse to refund the difference and don't understand that what YOU think is a better mattress isn't what your customer wants. If that was true, then making different types of mattresses wouldn't matter and we'd all be sleeping on the same bed.

Shame on this company!

Response to the owner: This entire situation was handled poorly. I'm happy to hear your daughter got married and I hope she is never treated poorly as you've treated mine. You dropped off whatever mattress you deemed "better" and hoped it wouldn't be noticed. If you couldn't get the one she wanted, SOMEONE should have contacted us about it. We could have come to your business and tried out other options so she could have gotten one that is comfortable for her. I would have even paid for a more expensive option if she wanted it, as that's what parents do for their kids, no matter how old they get. I never write reviews for businesses, but I felt compelled after my amazing experience with Walker Mattress. After extensive research and visiting other larger retailers, we had a specific bed in mind. We then went to Walker Mattress after a recommendation from a friend. We explained what we wanted and Jason thoroughly explained the different options to meet our needs. We found our mattress at Walker, and it was priced much less than the larger retailers. When the bed arrived, I realized it was perhaps a bit too firm for me and was resulting in some back aches, which I had never previously had. It simply is hard to know what a bed will be like until you sleep on it for some time. I contacted Jason, and he said to give it some time, as the body often has to adjust to a new or different type of mattress. Unfortunately, I continued to have back issues with the bed. I contacted Jason after giving it a couple of weeks, and he agreed to switch it out at no cost for a softer mattress. We went back to test out the softer mattress, which we had considered when we previously visited. The new mattress was promptly delivered, and the prior mattress taken back with no issue. The new mattress is the most comfortable I have ever had, and I could not be more pleased. Walker Mattress and Jason handled my entire purchase and exchange seamlessly. This is my 3rd purchase from Walker Mattress Rustic and they have exceeded my expectations each time. I needed two complete beds for my mom and dad who are moving into an assisted living facility and I needed them by Friday. I walked into their store on Saturday morning and was helped by Tyler Walker who explained my options and provided valuable insight about each bed.

I went home and discussed the options with my dad and got his approval. I called the store later that day and talked to Jason Walker, the owner. He already had a ticket filled out with the total price of both beds. The price was even cheaper than we had previously discussed. I gave him the credit card info over the phone and we scheduled delivery between 10am-12 noon on Friday.

When I got to the assisted living facility on Friday at 9:55am, Tyler was already there and had one of the beds already in the apartment! By 10:45am, Tyler had assembled both beds to the height i wanted in the exact location I wanted and was out the door.

I couldn't be happier. I received two great beds, ( Roll Packed PG1400), at a great price, delivered and setup on time, that my mom and dad love. I also feel good about supporting a local, family owned business that truly cares about quality customer service.
