My boyfriend went in to trade in his old ps4. We go to this location all the time and never have any problems. Today, some guy named Sebastian dealt with us. He told us that the PlayStation was ‘dirty as all hell’ and he couldn’t take it. I’ve traded in worse condition consoles before no problem, there was just a little dust on it. After arguing with him he finally agreed to go make sure it works, went to the back for at least 30 minutes, and came back telling us it would be 25 dollars. Online it says 55 for a pro member. After we pointed that out he changed the price to 40 then 45 then 50 then back to 45, and then finally told us we forgot a cord and that’s why it’s so slow. Okay, that’s on us fine. It was almost an hour of arguing with us and having an attitude and cussing at us when he could’ve just told us the problem right out the gate. I’ve never had a problem with anyone there before we go literally all the time but after seeing the people they’re letting work there now, I will not...

I usually love this location, but they have definitely gone down hill. I preordered pokemon Scarlet through them and was ready to go get my copy because this location was doing a "midnight" release at 11pm. The issue was I accidently overslept and didn't get there until 11:45pm. Which I will admit this is my mistake on my part. But, by the time I actually got there they already closed up shop. This is frustrating because I had to make a long drive to get to this place. And the couldn't even stay open until midnight. If I was told in advance "hey we are only going to be open for x time" I wouldn't even be mad. However, I was not given such warning. I called other locations to see if any were still open and were told they closed at midnight. So I don't understand why this location didn't do the same. It's just frustrating. If you come during the day this place isn't too bad, but when it comes to these midnight releases, don't count on them to actually...

This was the first time my sister and I visited this location. I knew exactly what I was going to buy upon arriving, but seeing as we have a multitude of gaming systems, we wanted to browse a little. About 5-10 minutes into browsing the guy shouts from across the counter “what are you looking for?” We told him we were just browsing and he said “oh so your just mooching off MY ac?” We preceded to say “no we’re planning to buy something before we leave” but this comment definitely made us want to just leave. In the end, we spent over 100 dollars. While the second guy was helpful once he realized we were spending money, the overall experience was very uninviting.
