Dear Captain”s Choice Seafood, I want to express my sincere appreciation for offering healthy and delicious seafood to your customers. As someone relatively new to the area and managing a gluten allergy, I am particularly impressed with your gluten-and filler -free crab cakes, which are both tasty and satisfying .

During my visit on Wednesday, I had the pleasure of sampling the upcoming smoked Louisville-style crab cakes. The taste was remarkably authentic and light, with the smokiness adding a rich, well rounded flavour without being overpowering.

We bought 5lbs of cleaned shrimp and we eat our first pound last night and it was delicious. I have never been a shrimp eater until the last year and knowing this was fresh made it so much better. We keep experiencing different ways to eat it, for now I still have it grilled well done. I am learning to enjoy seafood more, but knowing it is fresh makes it so much better.
