I had a heating pag that shorted out that caused 3 rooms to loose power. One of their electrical workers came to my house,at 7:30 am and tried to find the problem and without solving the problem left at 10:30 and said that he would be back by noon. At 3:30 pm I called his office and asked were he was? I was told that he had a emergency at home and they would find out when he would return to complete the job. I was told that I would be called back to update me. I never received a call or a response from anyone. I was also told that maybe I should call some other company. ELECTECH replaced all the light switches and receptacles in our home. They added additional receptacles and a wall light. They were there the day they said they would come. They worked over to complete the job after I added things to the list. They were very professional. They put everything back where it was suppose to be.
