The pharmacy manager, Andrew, is very unprofessional. My husband stopped at CVS pharmacy to pick up a prescription for me, and it was about 15 minutes before closing. Normally, he tries to get there earlier, but on this day it could not be avoided. He pulled up in the drive thru and Andrew told him he was very busy with other customers that were inside the store, and he would not be able to refill my prescription. So, my husband parked the car and went inside, and there were NO customers waiting to be helped. He ask Andrew to please fill the prescription and that he would wait, and Andrew conceded and filled it. Again, he was not helping any other customers in the store at the time. Ever since then, which was about 30 days ago, we have had problems with our prescriptions being automatically refilled, or refilled with the right drug, or even ordered. My husband went in today to get my prescription, and he was told that it had been put on "hold" and it wouldn't be in the store until tomorrow. I called the pharmacy up to follow up on why it was put on hold, and Nicole (I think that was her name) told me according to what she read in the computer, Andrew had put it on hold and the reason being was that the insurance said it was too early to refill. I have one pill left so I know for a fact it's not too early to refill. Nicole put Andrew on the phone and he could not explain what he did to prevent my prescription from being refilled. I told him what Nicole told me and he said what Nicole told me was untrue, even-though she was reading right off the computer. I told him that I think he's intentionally screwing around with my prescriptions because he was mad about my husband stopping in so close to closing a few weeks ago. He literally remembered my husband, told me the story, saying that just because there weren't customers waiting he had other things to do before close. Who remembers something like a customer coming in close to closing after over 3 weeks have gone by unless they are harboring some sort of resentment? And, since that happened, my prescriptions are no longer on automatic refill, my record doesn't state "name brand only" and I got the generic drug which doesn't work for me, and my medication isn't getting ordered to be ready for pick up on time. Coincidence? After years of no problems? I doubt it. I do believe he is trying to get even with us for delaying him that one Monday night. As if we did it intentionally just to slight him. I will be filing a complaint with the State of Wisconsin. This guy has issues. What if he does this to others and ends up hurting someone as he's playing his little retaliatory games to get even with customers?? It's not right. ...
Read moreHorrible experience since moving my prescriptions here! I moved from out of state & requested my & my husband's rxs be moved here from WalMart Neighborhood Market in my home state. The process was pretty painful but tolerable because I felt it was a necessary evil. My 1st cluse should have been when there was an issue & Pharmacy Manager "refused" to accept a GoodRx coupon for a prescription that my previous pharmacy never had an issue with. The person who let me know they weren't going to honor it made me feel as if I was doing something illegal. The difference in cost was minimal & considering the agony I had just gone through to transfer all of the meds, I felt like I could deal with it. Today however, was the last straw; I called to request 1 last rx for my husband be transferred (no clue why it wasn't included w/ the initial rxs) & the automated system said "press 1 to leave a message, press 2 to speak to a pharmacy staff", so I pressed 2. BIG MISTAKE as Zack chastised me, talked down to me, & insinuated I was a LIAR because there was "no way you could have gotten to the Prescriber line if you didn't pressed that you are a physician". What? Excuse me Sir, I did NOT, but why are you talking to me like you're my dad?! In fact, I had to call your janky phone line FOUR times just to get through because the automated system kept kicking me out. I see that I am not the 1st person to be on the receiving end of Zack for a similar reason. Sir, if you hate your job so much, choose a different employer/line of work. I have not been spoken to that way since I was maybe 8 years old. I will NOT be using CVS for any prescriptions, medications, toilet paper, makeup, I don't care, I will not step foot in another CVS...

The pharmacist makes the statement “do you know the difference between lancets and test strips….i said yes but what I picked up yesterday was lancets….he insisted that I did not pick up Lancets yet I tested my blood sugars last night and this morning…..the pharmacist was rude not to mention too dumb to under stand that insulin pens do not work well without the small screw on needles…thank god the insurance company gets screwed…so I threw away the 6 insulin pens useless without needles and the lancets which are useless without test strips….three hundred of insurance money down the drain…I wonder if the medication they...
