George Webb Restaurant — Restaurant in Cedarburg

All our burgers condimentless, fries frozen, the chili spoonless, and stomachs pained. After attempting to call our large order in, we were informed we were not able to. So upon arriving we proceed to start ordering which was rudely interrupted by a phone call of a call in order. While maintaining our cool in facing the waitress who had previously told us we could not call in, we finally finished our order. The payments took 20 minutes, the drinks half open and flat as water by the time we received our cards. And while we waited on our food, the call in order came in and received his food while we sat and watched. Then waiting another half an hour with having to pay again because our waitress forgot to add our cheese we finally got our food. Upon bringing it to our large group we found our burgers made wrong and food utterly terrible. Now we enjoy the Webb name but this was horrid. Fries were half frozen. We were told we cannot call in an order but when we got there they took an order on that was called in. Samantha the waitress and Michelle the cook were very rude. Our order was screwed up all the way around. When we called them about the screwed up order they called us liars. Michelle told us to give them bad reviews. I have seen better customer service skills from the fish in the lake. This is the most disappointing experience ever at George Webb. Next time I want to throw away a hundred dollars I will do it elsewhere. Skip this trash heap and save your money. Stay away from these rude clowns. I assume, service with a smile...

I came in on Mother's Day 2016 with my brother and mother and the service was horrible!!! The waitress was rude and disrespectful. She practically threw the food at us. My burger order was wrong and when I asked for a change she brought back a burger patty and an egg on the plate. That's it!! It was supposed to be a deluxe burger with egg and I never saw my tomato, onion, cheese, lettuce, or fries and I was charged full price. When my mother asked for a container and more coffee the waitress huffed at her and practically threw the container at her as well. I wish I would have gotten her name. Not a place I would...
