Poor customer service. Paid my final bill with them (have proof from my bank that check was cashed by them) after I moved in April only to get a letter this month saying I didn't pay my final bill and threatening to put a lien on me within 10 days. My former landlord has also independently confirmed that the final bill was paid before returning my security deposit, so they had said that the bill was paid. Even says in the letter that this might be an oversight, which is very irresponsible.

The social ramifications of being the house without the lights on, due to irratic payment schedules is HUMILIATING. I am embarrassed to even leave my house, knowing that my neighbors view me in a different light... No pun intended...
