I called Craftsman Home Inspections with the need for a thorough home inspection and sewer scope for my new home with only a few days notice, and was greeted on the phone by Jeremiah. He got me a quote very promptly, with a very competitive price. He acted as a point of contact between my realtor and the sellers agent. I met him at the home, and he arrived before I did, which really stood out. He wasn't bothered by the fact that I wanted to be present for the inspection. He was more than thorough, and walked me through every step of the process, and advised me of things that could potentially become a safety or structural issue. The inspection took about 4 hours and he left no stone unturned. Within an hour of the inspection completion, he emailed me very detailed 45 page inspection report covering all aspects of his home inspection. I think his prices were Fair and even if you think they are high in your opinion, it is well worth the thorough job that Jeremiah does when he's at the property you're trying to purchase. he takes his time he makes sure he covers all bases it's smart to be at the inspection because he can give you the lowdown on anything from major or minor problems with the home making it easy to develop a list of importance. For example what you should take care of right away and things that can wait.
