I’m a super loyal nail client. I have gone to my nail lady for yearssssss. But she had a baby and is staying home now, so I was on the hunt for a new nail lady and I decided to see Han at passion nails.

Her design work is great, but I don’t like the overall nail work. It’s been two weeks and I’m still picking out clumps of glue from under my nails. I really tried multiple times to give her a chance. I’ve been there 5 times. I did dip at first and the shaping isn’t done well. I decided to change to gel x thinking the shape couldn’t get too messed up. She isn’t that well at explaining style/shape regardless if it’s a new product to you. She also doesn’t like when you ask, she tries to kinda make you feel dumb for asking. I looked passed that bc I really like to stay with one nail tech and be a loyal customer for as long as I can.

My daughter had her nails done as well (she’s 8) and left with nail polish all over her skin (done by another lady there). I still tipped well, bc I’m nice…but then she called me later to say I didn’t pay enough 😆 the total bill sounded right to me, but I guess it wasn’t. When she called to say I still needed to pay $40, she even asked how much more tip I can leave. I already left a really good tip, so…I felt awkward.

Her designs are super cute and she’s really good at that, but I’ve thought about it and I just can’t go back only for a cute design. I’d rather get a plain color with consistent work and...

1st the lady put my nails to soak. Then she disappeared for 25 mins. When she came back she says let me go get your colors. I didn’t see her for another 5 minutes. No exaggeration. In the end I was ther more than an hour and a half. Just for nails, no manicure, no pedicure.

2nd they had no clean brushes to wash your hands with. All were in the dirty bin.

3rd. The nail tech went to paint my nails and was unable to because the sprayer she uses was stuck/dirty. She spent 5-10 minutes cleaning that.

4th. Just look at the picture, it speaks for itself. White paint from French style nails - ALL over.

Visited for the first time today as I’ve been looking for a good nail spot that can do acrylics and design well! Very hard to find people who can do both in cherry creek and honestly Denver at large but this place is just 15 mins from cherry creek! I was so pleased with my nails today - the price is really reasonable against some of the menus I’ve seen for the same services. They do take a little longer (about 90 mins for a full set with ombré and a design) but I think you can weigh the beautiful results against the time taken to do it well. They’re also running an opening special just for July! They run on appointments. Try it out for yourself, I’d love to see them thrive as the work and price is quality.
