I stopped by last night & the woman working there would not leave our side. After she helped us & we thanked her, she stood there & stared at us. I was trying to have a private conversation with my daughter about what she wanted, but this woman was extremely rude. I think she was attempting to be friendly & helpful, but she was doing the exact opposite. She was completely grumpy & condescending & made the experience very awkward. I also had to pay extra for using a credit card! I would recommend stopping here for sizing, then ordering online. The only reason I bought the boots was because she needed them in 2 days & I wouldn’t have been able to get them online in time. I stopped to buy boots for myself, my wife and both of my boys. Unfortunately we left with 1 pair of boots after having the owners asking me and my family repeatly if we needed help and everyone we said no were good just looking. Then after the older man came across very arrogant saying OK you ready I looked at him and said yes I am. We left with 1 pair of boots instead of 4 pair. Bought my first 3 pairs of western boots here 8-10 years ago and recently needed a new pair of dress boots. The employee was very helpful and she spent over 20 minutes with me one on one even though there were others in the store browsing. The store is fairly small but offers a surprising variety of boots, of which I found a nice pair of dress westerns. The selection of boots is practical with a nice variety of work, casual, and dress.
