I have gone to other Verizon stores in Omaha and Papillion, NE and have been disappointed with the lack of customer service from both stores. Then, being a new Iowa resident, I decided to go to the Centerville, IA Verizon store hoping for a better service. Was I not only correct in my thinking, I was also elated that the people working here are, without a doubt, the best at customer service excellence. Lacie, the rep who was at the store at the time my husband and I went in to check out the Verizon subscription packages, was busy but managed to acknowledge us despite being with another customer. WOW!!! What a warm, engaged welcome! We knew that everything was going to be all right then. Having been AT&T customers for many years and having moved to a part of town where there is no AT&T coverage whatsoever, we needed to move to a new carrier. Moving to Verizon was the only better option but our negative experiences at the Nebraska stores made us balk at Verizon, and Lacie (and her store and regional managers) made our transition experience so much more fluid and positive. Read moreBought a phone protector and was told it has a warranty. The phone protector was damaged and I needed to put in a claim and replace the protector. I contacted the case company and they said to go into the actual store location where it was purchased and they have to submit the claim and it will be covered. Upon arrival at the physical store where I bought my case, she tells me that they do not warranty it. So in short, I was sold a phone protector that has a warranty but was lied to.
