Westbridge Inn & Suites — Hotel in Centerville

I really enjoyed my stayed the only thing is I always had to Ask house keeping for new towels and they’d need to do some more updates but the place wasn’t bad because I’ve stayed at a whole lot worst but anyways they’d need to fired the house keeper cause she made them lose money by saying she did her job by cleaning the rooms and while I was at the desk one couple complain the room was horrible and that it hadn’t been clean so they got their money back and left!!!! But beautiful views of the sun sets and rises and then very close to Walmart and Dollar Store and gas stations and more the restaurants there was pretty nice too it was all close by the only other thing is the laundry mat place was a joke next to me I understand security but dang older people wouldn’t known what to do I had to down load a app to My phone and request a key to get my laundry and the hours of the laundry mat is so little you couldn’t see the time. And also the way you have to get upstairs is to walk up the stairs and it’s hard carrying all your luggage and specially if it’s a person with health issues or disability they’d wouldn’t be able to get up there…. They’d need to finger something on that and it’s liked they’d have most the rooms taken up for their family’s to lived in… I’d see them walking out the rooms and it was liked every other one was a family member...

I had stayed here several times before Covid and wanted to come back to see my sister and family. I found the rooms to be very clean, the bed was super comfortable and the room was amazingly quiet; once I closed my door, I couldn't hear anything in the hallway. I didn't use the breakfast room as my sister who lives close by provided me with my breakfast. I do wish the door on the north end of the front of the hotel was secured as I travel alone and would have felt more comfortable having that extra measure of security, especially since I came back every night after dark. The hallways could use a little extra cleaning and/or updates. Otherwise everything was wonderful and I will stay here again when I visit family in the area. The staff as usual, was very friendly and accommodating. UPDATE 10/2025: I was very happy they secured the door on the north end of the building, felt more secure. When I checked in, they indicated I would be on the top floor but I reminded them that I requested first floor on my reservation several weeks before and they accommodated that for me. I walked into the hotel and there was no one at the front desk. Just a phone saying to dial 0. Dialed 0 and a lady answered saying she had to come down from upstairs. She came down but then didn’t know how to operate the system to check me in. I had to wait for someone to come help her. Another lady came in. She couldn’t check me in. So they called someone. They finally got me checked in. We unload into the room and I go into the bathroom to unpack. I look in the bathroom and find mold growing in the ceiling tile. I go back to the front desk and have to call again. While I’m waiting, I look at the pool really quick. It was DISGUSTING! There were wet dirty towels everywhere. And a used bloody ace bandage on the floor. I should have packed up and left then. They moved us into a room across the hall. But my kids and I all had horrible breathing issues by the time we woke up. I’m sure there is mold in other places. When we left there was no one at the desk again. Just a bunch of keys where people had left. It was just shady. Don’t stay...
