Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Centerville

I've been going to this restaurant for a long time now it's one of my favorites in town but recently they've been slacking in customer service and quality. Today while ordering the tall guy behind the counter said nothing to us did not thank, welcome us, or even tell us our total the only words he said "what else". After waiting around 10 minutes he dropped the tray of food on the counter and said that's yours. We were missing part of our food and when we told him he said nothing and walked back to the words the kitchen,after about 5 minutes he brought the rest of our food out. Once we got to the table our food was wrong and we did not even go backup to the counter because of how terrible this guy was to deal with. Absolute worst...

We were in Centerville Iowa for a HS softball team game 5/31/22. After the game the kids decided they wanted Taco Bell/KFC. My daughter asked for two legs in a meal got two thighs, specifically asked for a large potato and gravy, didn’t receive the gravy, ordered the Mexican Pizza and it looks as it was thrown into the box and handed to me (picture below), hard shell tacos were all broken. We were traveling home and wanted to eat in the car - by the time we noticed all of this being incorrect we were on the road. Spent $45 for everything and it was a complete disappointment! Edit: Changing my rating from 1 star to four. This past year, this location has improved SO much. I've only had my order wrong one time. My orders have been right, and I've always gotten sauce when I've asked for it. The employees are friendly.

I've only been here one or two times where they did not mess up my order in the whole 21 years I've lived in Centerville. I've seen snapchat stories of them having frogs in the kitchen. I've seen them standing on the counters. And the floors are always filthy. Don't get me started on the bathroom. I don't even think...
