Gypsy Quarter — Local services in Centerville

This shop has very cute items and are nicely displayed. I browsed all three floors and truly wanted to buy everything. However, there is a buyer beware. I purchased ceramic planter with a fake plant inserted into the planter. I checked the price on the bottom of the planter and read $11.99. Yes, reasonably priced and I’ll take it! However, after my purchase I looked at my receipt and was puzzled to see an extra charge for $14.99. I placed three items on the counter yet there were four separate items listed on my receipt.

What I didn’t realize was that the greenery was priced separately from the planter. What!? Taking the greenery out of the planter it was then I saw the price tag. It was conveniently tucked so that one didn’t notice the tag. Sneaky! Why didn’t the cashier point this out at the time of the purchase? She said nothing about the greenery not being apart of the planter.

Who in the world pulls apart greenery and planters to check prices especially when there is no visible price on the greenery and it is staged to look like one piece (not two).

I want to be fair with my rating but please future shoppers, check the prices on items before purchasing. It is a cute shop and still recommend stopping by to check out...

This store is absolutely beautiful. Stumbled across it yesterday. Its 3 floors of awesomeness!! Every floor smells like the holidays. They have clothing, magnets, wall art, and so much more! Definitely will be back to do some Christmas...
