Where do I even begin? After a terrible experience at another bridal shop where I felt pressured and uncomfortable, I was hesitant to try again. But this place was the complete opposite! The atmosphere was intimate and welcoming, and Casey was incredibly helpful. When I was ready to give up on dress shopping, she gently encouraged me to try just one more gown - and it turned out to be THE dress. It was such a beautiful, emotional moment.

When I ordered my dress, it was scheduled to arrive in time for my first fitting appointment (I live in Florida but my wedding is in Oregon, so I had planned a special trip). Unfortunately, due to UPS and customs delays, the dress didn't arrive on time. But Casey went above and beyond - she texted and called me daily with updates, even early in the morning, and kept my seamstress informed throughout the entire process.

I ended up having to return to Florida without my dress, but Casey sent me a photo of the tracking information the moment it arrived and was already preparing to ship it to me. When I offered to pay for shipping, she refused. On top of everything, she surprised me with a $50 Starbucks gift card and was so apologetic about the delays - even though it was completely out of her control!

Casey turned what could have been a stressful situation into something manageable with her kindness and professionalism. She's not just an amazing businesswoman - she's the kind of person you'd want as a friend. I'll be recommending her to every bride I know. Thank you, Casey! Casey was an absolute angel for my appointment. I originally messaged her to ask what kind of timeline was needed to get a wedding dress through her boutique, and she was on top of any questions or concerns I had! She even helped me schedule my appointment during a trunk event, in which 25 new dresses were in the boutique to try on. Her energy was absolutely wonderful, 100% positive and fun - her personality and excitement made the entire experience a magical one for myself and the 6 others I had attend with me. She offered us champagne while I tried on the dresses, assisted me with advice and questions on different styles, and ultimately helped me choose the dress I’ll wear on one of the most important days in a woman’s life. Once I had found “the one”, she walked me through everything starting from fitting, to timeline, to alteration recommendations with specific seamstresses she knows personally. Every bridal appointment is private and customized just for you giving brides the most wonderful experience to find their perfect dress. There are soooo many dress options to choose from that are very affordable for bridal gowns! Casey is amazing with communicating prior to the dress appointment with getting to know the bride and see what they’re looking for; she continues to keep you updated on the status of your dress until it’s your pick up day. Spending the day shopping here was truly amazing and finally gave me “I’m a bride” moment. Supporting a local small business is also a perk to shopping here! Casey also has accessory options, as well as experienced seamstress recommendations to help make sure that you look the best on your big day.
