Your store always price matches for me . You compare it to Rural king in Salem. I was in there Saturday August 22, 2020 to buy the diamond naturals large breed. Rural kings is $29.99 all the time & yours is $32.99. The employee who waited on me has been there a long time & knows I get the same thing every time . I told him you give me Rural kings price & he says oh I have to call them then says they are closed now. I had to pay full price when he knows I get it for cheaper. They need some pleasant helpful help. Kind of snooty. Not any local people working there. I've been back and I know the company says they are sorry, but still you can hear the help in back talking ,a lot of people, but very few out helping people. To check out you have to stand at a line and wait for checker to get done with person in front. Trouble is they usually have one or sometimes two at most checking. Customer service fails greatly!! By the way the employees were congregating in a large group having personal conversations and cursing at one another I question if there's anyone actually in charge in this store or if they even earn their paychecks. They were seemingly annoyed by us needing assistance and then pointing us in the general direction for us to discover that there are pallets sitting directly in front of what we were looking for.
