Good selection of goods, but service is horrible. Called to make sure they had an item (glue traps). Located item myself, when I went to pay, nobody present, anywhere. Waited a few minutes before calling into the back rooms, no response. Waited another minute before just leaving.

Only 1 there ready and willing to see the customers was a cat. Bet the only way this place stays afloat is large customer orders, other than that... good luck of you are a regular walk-in.

Edit; I went to Walmart afterwards. Same product, same quantity... was over 25% cheaper... that review where 'the owner tried to rip me off' seems...

The owner tried ripping me off on a circuit breaker. Tried charging me 38 dollars for a 14.99 Siemens 20/20 circuit breaker saying it was in wrong spot but even the sticker on the hanger also said 14.99 wish I could post the pics. Posted pic of tag and item finally,, recommend never to do business at that store in Centralia Illinois. Not sure if the guy was owner or not but said that he was. I bought carpet and linoleum from the home center. Very disappointed !carpent wasn’t stretched right. They tore up my fresh painted wall. They tore my furniture up. Lots of bangs to furniture and scratch’s . They didn’t lay linoleum under vinyls floors. Carpet is only 2 yrs old and needs pulled up. Vinyl needs pulled cause no linoleum . Carpet layers had attitudes ! Chalk black stuff around cabinets to cover up mistakes. Black caulk got all over and smeared. I had a lot to clean up. Didn’t want them in my house again. Paid good $ but...
