I thought this was a wonderful store with kind and helpful people. Until I went to get my upgrade and add a line to my account. This seemingly very friendly girl behind the counter informed me that I would get a free iPad for upgrading and a free iPhone for adding a line because they were having a special that day. My bill went from $115 to $224 a month! I am being charge for the "free" iPad and for the "free" iPhone, Plus taxes and fees . Even though I paid $200 tax the day I upgraded and added the line. When I called to debate this matter they informed me that I would have to pay for the phone and the iPad and then I would be given credit to my bill after they were paid. That is not free and that is not what I was told. She told me my bill would raise to about $150. Not only did she lie to me, the day I went into debate the matter she ran to the back and hid and let another employee handle the situation. She went to the back and HID FROM ME!!! Read moreI had originally called the store prior about an order that had some issues. Michael said no problem we will see you tomorrow. Im a truck driver so this store was right down the street from my shipper. I called to reconfirm and Michael remembered who i was and when i showed up michael greeted me and knew exactly who i was and what i came to do. We got right to business while we ran into a couple bumps he kept trucking right on through and got me switched over from my old provider. I walked out of there with a new phone and i got no plans of leaving AT&T again (previous customer years ago)

Read moreI went into the store today with some questions about my current plan and my payments. The young Asian man, I can’t quite remember his name, was very helpful. He answered all my questions and really helped me have a good understanding of all my options. The rest of the staff was busy and I was surprised by how well they were helping everyone in the store. The best Verizon store I’ve ever been too!!
Update!!!! I went back into the store today and again needed assistance. I was greeted by the same young Asian man mentioned in the post previously. This time I had the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received anywhere before. This man was worse than a McDonald’s drive thru employee on a Tuesday night at 11:30.
