Was the only car in drive thru, waited 5min for someone to acknowledge through the speaker then she promptly disappeared. My son got out of the car, went inside and there were all the employees just sitting at the counter sharing videos on their phones. He asked who was working drive thru and was ignored. We left. The mistake was returning a couple hours later hoping shift change would correct the earlier issue. It did not, infact it was worse. Long story short, only 2 cars, 40min wait in drive thru, they gave me the wrong order, the girl argued with me about it, I even showed her the charge to my card, she put my order in again then tried to charge me again for my order (did not refund the first order I didn't receive) the person who placed the first order she gave me entered the store looking for their order which was still in my car as the employee didn't take it back, she told them they never placed an order, tried to charge me for their order. I asked for a refund she told me they don't issue refunds since it's "made to order" (?). I left, contacted my bank and they issues me a refund. This store is a joke, the employees either don't know how to do their jobs, don't care or both. They show up to collect a check and have no intentions of delivering anything that resembles...
Read moreWhere to begin on a place that has no hope from day 1 of opening their doors. I don’t think i’ve ever seen a franchise store open with nothing but 1 star reviews for 2 weeks straight. Whoever is running this joint needs to step in and start caring. Spent $43, to recieve cold, old food. The lobby which is very very small, had at least 12 people in it tonight 12/15 all waiting for orders they had placed online, not to mention people waiting outside in their cars and at the walk up window. Every customer had their app showing their food was labeled “ready” when it was not, including mine. Says foods done at 6:15 and wait until almost 6:45 to recieve it? and it’s cold? is crazy. Workers talking bad about customers waiting in the lobby, mind you there’s 4 girls standing up in the front/puw just talking and giggling, cussing up a storm. The 2 “managers” on shift were too busy worrying about taking on the phone and taking their phone to the bathroom. The kitchen manager was yelling and cussing in the back. (I presume it was the “kitchen manager”) This establishment should close down and retrain the whole crew, or better yet hire a whole new crew. In my 5 years in the fast food industry I have never seen service as bad as KFC in Centralia, IL. I advise everyone to stay away....

New store, grand opening new. First visit because my friends that went had complaints and said give then a little time to iron out the kinks. The order was wrong. Wrong items, missing food. Called and spoke to management. (Left managers name and visit time off this review as a courtesy) Management is apparently unsure what goes in their orders. When I asked for clarification of the combo I had ordered because I was missing items and I don't work or frequent kfc, i was accused of getting an attitude, and the manager threatened to hang up. Management did not resolve my missing food or wrong items (so basically theft since i didn't get my food or a refund or an offer to replace), not even an offer, just an uncaring attitude. Asked for GMs name, was refused the information. So I recommend not wasting your time and money. The store looked nice. But they steal your money. Don't know if it is just me being put-off by the attitude I received, but the chicken didn't really taste that great take that as you will. Anyway waste of a perfectly...
