My doc noted generics were fine to substitute. When I picked up my prescription, it was way more expensive than I expected. When I asked why, I was simply told it's "x drug" and would count towards my deductible. Me, being someone who rarely needs medicine, paid for it not knowing any better, only to realize with some research I'd functionally been fleeced for no real reason. Have had a cpl rude staff members but I chock that up to them being busy and I'm sure understaffed.
