20250725 Picked up some baby food for my pup who got 15 teeth extracted today. 😢 It was nice to find a nice selection of free range baby food, and organic food. The selection of food containing meat seemed limited, and lots of veggies and fruits. I like the ingredients in the Beech Nut brand, but botg my girls are not interested. They are very finicky. Unfortunately, both pups are not interested but my cat was.

I absolutely had to leave a review. I came into the store and needed to use the restroom. There was no toilet paper in either stall, poop smeared on one toilet, and piss spray all over the other. I asked an employee for tp and they told me to take paper towel into the stall with me. What?! I went to the front help and the man there demonstrated, to the manager, that he was very frustrated with my request for toilet paper. He reluctantly put in a single roll in the stall with the poop smears, but left the poop smears. Later, I was looking for witch hazel and asked the same man. He refused to help me and directed me to the manager, who barely spoke English. He wasted my time by recommending creams to me? I found the witch hazel on my own. When checking out, the attendant absolutely crushed my pumpkin seeds trying to scan the barcode and turned ice cold when I asked if she could try the input number instead. She literally said ā€œdo you have a number or no.ā€The people here do not care about their customers, do not care to help you, and will act standoffish if you’ve held them accountable for anything. First and last time I’m coming to this store. I didn’t feel welcome at all. I wasnt even treated like a human, much less a paying customer. I have half the mind to walk in and return everything I purchased. Should have left in the...

worst giant in dmv area! This particular Giant store located in the DMV area is disappointing. It's puzzling to me that they have a 4-star rating on Google, as their customer service is subpar. The products sold are no different from other Giant stores, so the quality of service is what sets them apart. However, this store fails to meet the basic expectations of customer service, which includes answering customer inquiries. Despite my repeated attempts to get information from the brown-haired and Asian employees at the customer service register, they seem disinterested and unresponsive, even when I try to express my gratitude. I've requested to speak with a manager multiple times, but they seem unavailable and unresponsive.

Additionally, I had a frustrating experience where I waited for an hour to obtain a $15 item that came back with wrong receipts. To make matters worse, they were unable to locate the item in their system and even tried to give me a different item. This is highly offensive, impolite, and completely unacceptable. Given that I and my friends and family constitute a significant portion of their revenue, I find their behavior highly discouraging.

To the store manager: if this continues to happen, I will not hesitate to be confrontational and take further action to...

The store has a wide selection of foods and the quality is high, but the service is terrible. The store depends heavily on its self-checkout and express lanes, and rarely has more than one or two cashier checkout lanes open. This is fine if you just want to run in for a few items, but if you have a cartful of groceries and are by yourself (i.e. no one to to bag for you at the self checkout lane) then the wait at the one or two cashier lanes can equal the time it took you to shop through the store and fill your cart. They are often 3-4 carts deep, and of course only people with full carts are using them. I have had much better experiences at stores that bother to open lanes for people who are doing more serious shopping and would still like to get out of the store in a timely manner. It's killing me that this really is the store closest to my house by a longshot, but I have started making occasional trips to other stores near my workplace just because doing a week's worth of shopping in this store takes so much...
