This shopping plaza features a prime location with a vibrant mix of shops, businesses, and outstanding restaurants. While parking can be limited during peak hours, the overall experience is well worth it. Additionally, there are opportunities to enhance the surface conditions as they show signs of age.

Went to Matsu restaurant. Had a really good Udon soup and Sushi. Always good food. This did not disappoint.

There's pretty much everything one could need in this center. fast food, banking, grocery, pet supplies, and arguably the best Japanese restaurant in Centreville (and more!). Great location that is easy to get to...however can be difficult to get out of the shopping center during peak traffic times. They have a great selection of healthier pet options, and a ton of toys and other pet goods in a very convenient location. A little bit of everything you need. A few hidden gems in the restaurant offerings, The Pepper Club in particular is delicious. Our Vet is here, Starbucks and Giant are all here, so I can get a lot of errands complete all...

Positives: some community mainstays in food - Matsu Sushi and Village Cafe have been around forever. Giant is in the middle of upgrading (to compete with Wegmans?) so that will be nice when done.

It's a very food-oriented center; the retail is limited to grocery, Tuesday Morning, nail salon, and pet supplies.

Negatives: only two main entrances to the parking lot - one on Braddock by Giant, and one at the complete other end on Stone. There's no light at either exit, so needing to make a left turn out can really back up the parking lot...

The parking spaces are tight. That being said, the lot is small so that even the outer edge is still pretty close. I've been using the Giant, Tuesday Morning, Starbucks, McDonald's, Hunan Chinese, drycleaners, Rocky Run Medicine, and Dominoes pizza very frequently over the past 7 years of living in the subdivision behind the store, and everyone has great service. My only complaint is that some drivers think 40 mph is ok next to the sidewalk. There should be a speed bump every 20 yards next to...
