This place just opened up and just in time. My Thai Place has been so disappointing recently. Now Thai Kitchen has opened up and is even closer to us then any other Thai Place. We walked over the other night to check it out and wow, the service was great, the place looked great, and the food was all amazing!

I love pad Thai and this Pad Thai was the best one I have had in years! I was supposed to trade half of my dish with my girlfriend however after my first bite, we renegotiated that deal.....( I lost the negotiations, but that is ok, I got to try her crispy duck... and...YUM!

I would definitely go aback and recommend this place to anyone in this area who is looking for Thai.

Also- keep an eye out for the bulb-a-pus, its pretty bad ass ( you will know it when you see it).

Oh, only downside is there is no beer or wine. I wonder if maybe they don't have their ABC license yet.... but...

Got a really bad stomach ache from eating here.

I ordered the Drunken noodles with chicken. I immediately noticed an off taste, as if the meat had gone bad. I tried to talk to the male server about it and he just nodded and said “yeah yeah” and walked away mid-sentence, ignoring my concerns. I tried to finish it as I don’t like to waste food. But couldn’t bring myself to finish it, even with all the spices I added to it, I couldn’t mask the rotten smell or taste. There was something off with the chicken and the entire dish smelt of it. I tried to talk to the server about it again and again, mid-sentence he walked off saying “yeah yeah” and brought us the bill with the drunken noodles on it, despite the entree being barely touched.

Expired/bad food, questionable work ethics, poor service....

Good value Thai food. I almost always complain that Asian restaurants which I describe this way almost always tone down the spiciness of their food - it was the same here. Had the beef Panang curry Thai spicy (didn't quite get there but it was pretty spicy) and drunken noodles (which, according to the menu was supposed to be very spicy but was not at all; had to add red chilli flakes).

Good ambiance and staff was friendly. Recommend ensuring that they know you want it super spicy, if you do, when you order though.

Overall 3.5 stars rounded up for their kind staff.

Having said all this, I'm not sure we will return; lived in Thailand briefly and it's not quite the same at most American Thai restaurants. Still looking for one that knocks...

My son and I stumbled upon this little gem while visiting Manassas and were THRILLED with the discovery! (We're huge Thai food lovers and haven't been able to find anything even close to "authentic" in even the larger city nearby where we live.) The "Garden Rolls" were perfect - fresh, right texture, perfect sauce. For the life of me, I cannot remember the names of our entrees but I tried the one with "Wood Ear Mushrooms" and it was also great, and my son got the entree with the different types of seafood - said it far exceeded his expectations. The staff was attentive and friendly. Our only disappointment: We live several hours away.

We enjoyed a lunchtime order of thai basil fried rice and the vegetable spring rolls with duck sauce. Our entree arrived semi-hot but well seasoned. It was our first experience with string beans in our fried rice but they were sautéed perfectly. The server was cleaning tables and taking orders and serving so…skeleton staff, don’t know. But our food came out in an average time. We also asked for extra plates and chop sticks and soy sauce. We were well accommodated. We would return when we are back in the area. This restaurant is in a strip mall and there is plenty of parking.

I recently visited this Thai restaurant after noticing its high ratings, but my experience didn't quite meet my expectations. The duck roll was decent, but I was hoping for something more exceptional. The Pad Thai with seafood lacked the tangy tamarind flavor I was anticipating, and the seafood didn't taste as fresh as I'd like. On a positive note, the prices were very reasonable, and the service was adequate while the atmosphere was inviting and clean. Based on this visit, I might consider exploring other options.
