The teenagers that run the checkout are rude. I had "sunbutter" (a peanut butter alternative) and the girl working just started losing it. She started laughing and talking to her friend about it- how gross it is. How no one likes it. Obviously its an alternative. No one likes to have allergies or medical conditions that stop you from eating normal peanut butter either. I am sure there is people as well that just like healthier options. Learn your employees they are not in Spring Valley High School they are working for pay. This isn't a fun place to go after school. It is your job. I can only imagine their attitudes and professionalism if they worked in a pharmacy or hospital setting. Learn to treat people with kindness and not judge/embarrass customers. Read moreI have been shopping here for over a year now and every time I go is a welcoming and friendly experience. I see the General manager from time to time and he is extremely helpful and friendly. Today he helped me out on milk, because they had none. They did have alternatives and I chose something probably better for me than I would have normally selected. The meats are far cheaper that the Kroger brands, at least of recent. The checkout People are friendly and they know every time how to seperate and bag your groceries accordingly without cross contamination.
