Have previously had good experiences and reviewed as such, but they seem to have fallen over the cliff at this store. Three weeks ago, I ordered for delivery and had to call the manager twice. He told me they would be pulling up any time. The second time I called, I canceled the order for refund. I called 1 hour and 20 minutes past the time the Pizza Hut App predicted the pizza would be ready.
Deciding to give them one more try (the fair thing to do) I placed an order for in-store pickup. I got to the store when the app said it was ready and they told me it would be ready in 10 minutes. Reasonable, but it was really 20. I had requested the pizza be cut in squares and it wasn't. I have requested that 3 times at this location and all 3 times, it wasn't done. The pizza that I sat and waited in the store on was luke-warm. There were so many pieces of bone in the ground sausage that I thought I may have found Jimmy Hoffa. Don't know how that happens. There were no customers in the store at the time. The employees look disheveled, unshaven, unclean and look like they're on their way to the gallows.
Can't imagine what has happened at this location, but from now on, I will drive the extra 5 minutes to the Catlettsburg location and I recommend everyone else...
Read moreOn Friday, Feb 14th, my significant other and I visited this Pizza Hut in Ceredo, WV. In short, our experience at the store was atrocious so I decided to leave a $0 tip. Someone at their store then took it upon themselves to fraudulently add a $5 tip to the transaction, an act known as "tip padding." My significant other is a witness to these events. In the car leaving the restaurant, we had a conversation about the appropriateness of leaving a $0 tip. When completing my transaction on the 14th, I was given a paper receipt. I crossed out the tip line on the receipt, and totaled the amount showing a $0 tip. I later spotted the increased price on my credit card. I called the store to speak with the manager, who told me I could come to the store for a copy of the receipts. He claimed to not have a copy of the receipt I signed. I demanded a refund, and was given $25.43. I was then told they would conduct an investigation, and that the district manager would call me. That never happened.
Although this is only $5, I suspect this is a "tip of the iceberg" situation affecting other customers. Given that they never followed up with me, I suspect the problem has not...

I was even given a Free Any Large Pizza code that doesn't work and was still charged for my pizza. Pizza Hut has to be the worst business I've ever dealt with in my entire life. I've literally had multiple pizzas where they completely forgot the sauce even though I literally order extra sauce and leave a special note saying extra sauce. Not to mention if you have a free pizza you still have to pay $15 plus delivery fee so even when they mess up it's still $20.
