
I want to apologize to all the readers for my last review. I let my emotions do all the talking. But if your appointment was cancelled 2 days in a row without your acknowledgement you would of wrote a nasty review too. The shop needs to know that their customers plan their whole day around their appointments. So when they cancel them it feels like you planned your entire day for them for nothing. It all comes down to customer service, that's all. Communicate with your customers. Just because you send a text or email doesn't mean your job is done. For whatever reason we might not be able to see your message right away because of work or because we are on the road. Before rescheduling or cancelling appointments wait for your customers to respond and not only that offer alternatives or comps. I love how when customers cancel their appointments they are automatically charged a cancellation fee. But when the shop cancels they could care less. How is that even fair? Where's their cancellation fee?? All I'm saying is for the rates they are charging they are lacking professionalism. As far as the owner goes don't take this as a bad or negative review.
