Smyrna Community Park — Attraction in Ceres

Haven’t been here since the total remodel and went to the playground to pass some time with my little one. Thankfully we enjoyed some quiet time at the park. I love that now they have seating next to the playground (remember the old layout where our parents couldn’t keep an eye on us in the old shaded area). I vaguely remember the old playground set up but this new one is pretty nice! I’ll forever miss the old layout but this is such a nice remodel for the city. The only thing that is always a bummer is people leaving their trash on the ground. We don’t need to see open Swisher packets on the ground of the playground; the trash cans are literally right there to...

Just to be clear, I have no other rec baseball fields to compare it with. My kids were not on a baseball team for long either.

I have been to other parks when there are teams playing there but haven't seen the snack shack open. They were in there shelling out orders out and in pretty quick fashion too. Nice variety of items and fairly priced.

The ambiance of all these families was great. I felt like kids and I missed out on this whole experience but I'm glad I got to experience it.

A lovely park to go on a nice walk in the Mornings. I love hearing the children play and laugh in the background. A great place to relax and be grateful. There are lots of trees to give you shade. Plenty of picnic tables! The playground is awesome, my daughter enjoys playing there. Everyone is always friendly.

Just be mindful of your trash, a good amount of trashcans and recycle bins to walk over and throw it away... Think of the hardwork that was put into this park, I beg you to please keep it clean and safe.
