Chicago Pizza — Restaurant in Ceres

Alright . This was a long awaited pizza I have been wanting to try ! We got the 28.99 deal , came with a large one topping pizza (cheese is a base) 5 wings and a side salad . The pizza itself is on the thicker side , the dough seemed well cooked , the toppings were cooked well . The only thing is they need to add more pepperoni. I'm talking about 13 pepperoni on a large pizza .... Hmm ? And they were on the thinner side . The wings were drumsticks not wings , they were decent but not the best , quite dry. The salad although I do like the fact the salad came with a variety of vegetables (mushrooms and olives) but it just seemed like a sad salad . The lettuce was ready to be put out of its misery . The service was good . We picked up and it was ready in about 20 and the lady who helped at the counter was quite sweet . Overall I think this place would be 5 stars if they took a little more...

Came in tonight (Monday) and waited about 30 minutes for the pizza. No other customers in the place, so not sure why it took that long. No a/c, so the inside was quite warm. Asked for ice water, we were told they don't offer it. Pizza finally came and the slices were not cut through completely. I didn't mind the paper plates and plastic forks/knives, but having to recut the pizza with a plastic knife kinda sucked. Not sure what is "Chicago" about this pizza...well, nothing about it was "Chicago". Not deep dish, no thick crust...just normal pizza you see in CA all the time. Pizza wasn't bad. Cheese bread was really good. Slow service, no basic refreshment, an uncomfortable (warm) interior, uncut pizza...all the basics you expect from a pizza place and they missed the mark. I didn't try the wings but I did get the pizza and I didn't care for it at all especially for the price it's kind of expensive and they wouldn't give me a special for a pepperoni pizza when usually every place does and then they wanted to charge for a little tiny cup of pizza sauce on the side when every other place I've ever been to just gives it to you. So pretty much they're lucky I gave them 2 stars. They just seem too stingy with everything there especially when there is three other pizza places within a few minutes distance oh yeah I forgot and it was really hot in there with a bunch of flies flying around now I'm not trying to make the place sound really bad I'm just being honest hoping maybe they will read this and think about how they're...
