He came to service my 2008 avenger r/t and gave me a quote of $265 for a diagnostic when I told him multiple times that the 6th cylinder is misfiring his reader couldn’t read that but our personal and auto zones reader showed otherwise. He told me my head gasket was blown and he didn’t even do anything but unplug my spark plug and started the vehicle with it out. This is serious I’ve texted the Edgar his company information he still declines to contact back he said he’d have to remove the intake manifold to see the 6th cylinder. He just called me in the middle of this review to tell me to shut tf up if I know what I’m doing and that he has no information to give me I didn’t ask for a refund but this man’s recommended under the table work and said he’ll fix it for a bit. When he told me he was a professional and when I said I hope this call is recorded he hung up and told me to stop fing calling him when I sent a text back describing I was unhappy for his work. I am beyond grateful and thankful for this guy. This is now the second time I’ve had him come out to my location to work on my truck first time for the alternator and he was very cool about me needing him to take the part out first so i can get it replaced under warranty and he waited at my house while i went and did that. Gave me a super fair price on the alternator. This time my brakes went out and i was 35 minutes away from my house and was only able to pull into a parking lot and he came out too me and fixed it on the spot and again gave me a super fair price. The battery light and charging sensor error was on the dash of my 2012 Acura TL for a few days so I took it to be inspected at a certified automotive repair center in town and was told they couldn’t find the issue and that the error should reset itself. Needless to say, a couple weeks later my car lost complete power while I was driving and had to have it towed home. I called Edgar who was able to come and look at it early the next morning and replaced the alternator and recharged my battery. No mor dash light and the car is driving great.
