Came into KFC tonight as the drive through line was a bit longer than I expected and my car ac being out I'd enjoy the cooler air. As I walked in I was greeted by two very nice gentleman that we very friendly and helpful as they pointed out they had new kiosks to order from if I would like to try them. I then was also greeted by a very awesome, Friendly, kind, and funny young woman. To whom I learned later was their new manager. She came all the way from a different state to work there as well. Which I think is Soo awesome! She and every other employee there literally had the absolute best customer service hands down that I have ever experienced any where in the central valley!! I finished my order and chatted a bit with their employees as I waited for my food and all of them were super funny, friendly, chill, all while working hard and still doing their job and multi tasking by talking with me as their customer. I then finished up chatting a bit with them just explaining how I recently dropped a few drinks in the past from a flimsy cup holder at a different restaurant before and laughed about it. I said goodbye to everyone as they waves back smiling and laughing. Then I walked out the door carrying my food and drinks and took literally ONE STEP and BAMni dropped BOTH CUPS FULL OF SODA all over the ground! I walked back in totally embarrassed, and the employees helped me out again without any hesitation and hooked me up with a replacement! They even carried them to the car for me and walked me out to my vehicle. I literally cannot be more thankful for such great customer service and amazing hospitality! These employees work so hard and they still fund it to be kind and helpful to others when working with the public can be grueling! I as a server for over 12 years know this all too well. However, I left there extremely happy and definitely will be a returning customer! Their atmosphere was so inviting, open, peaceful, welcoming, joyful, and clean. If you want to have a good meal, great company, a good laugh, and the best customer service you've ever experienced in a fast food restaurant, I highly recommend coming to this KFC!! Read morePlaced my online order at 5:55pm- got email confirmation at 5:56pm confirming my order and ready time for 6:00pm. Got to the restaurant around 6:10pm, waited in line for about 10 minutes. Got to the counter and told them I'm here to pick up a order. Lisbeth was the employee who was helping me and happens to be the Relief manager. She looked and said someone already picked up the order. I said well I just got here and you saw me waiting. She asked to see my order confirmation which I showed her. Then she scrolled through her handheld and said someone already picked it up and again, I told her it wasn't me. So with some attitude she said she will make another one for me. Few minutes later she comes back and tells me she will make and exception this time but I NEED TO CHECK TO MAKE SURE THAT MY ORDER IS HERE....like I'm the one working at KFC. I asked her if they verified it was me that picked up the order and she said they gave us the name which again is untrue. Then she proceeded to lie about how the "order was placed a long time ago and we had processed it" to which I told her I placed my order at 5:55pm, clearly indicated on the confirmation and she didn't believe me so continued to basically call me a liar. I didn't want to stand there and argue with her but the fact she was calling me a liar after they clearly messed up by handing off my order to someone else is absurd and very unprofessional. Read moreI tried the Kentucky Fried BBQ wings today at the behest of the Kentucky Fried Chicken workers on Whitmore in Ceres. They were actually quite tasty. Nevertheless I found my visit to KFC completely disturbing. It had nothing to do with the great customer service skills that were exhibited by the young man or the team workers there, but it had everything to do with the fact that I couldn't eat but two pieces of chicken wings. I've been finding lately that I don't even have an appetite to eat , and I love to eat. Today I had a awful experience as I started new job last week. To give you a brief synopsis of the false accusations, no the LIE that was directed towards my conduct and character in my integrity. I'm going to submit a review on Big J's Tire and Turlock California. I didn't want to submit a review but I believe I'm owed and apology because my integrity was challenged falsely. I could've have been fired. So hopefully that's why I can eat tonight the beautiful meal that was prepared by those teenagers inside of Kentucky Fried Chicken.
