I called at 10 for an appointment they made me send a deposit. They called me back after to book the appointment. Made me send a Pic of my hair and what I wanted. Went to my appt. Valerie saw my hair. She said she didn't feel confident putting bleach on my hair even though highlights means bleach. Gave me the run around. And said she didn't want to damage my hair. My hair hasn't been bleached in a year in a half. You can tell she was completely inept. I have to travel in 4 days. Now I have to find another salon and...
