I had a horrible experience at this place today. We drove around 6 hours from a different state in hopes of getting some jewellery for my daughters. However, unfortunately my wife sprained her ankle the day we arrived and was struggling to walk.
Initially the experience was pretty standard, as when we first stepped inside the shop, we were greeted by the manager and by seeing the condition of my wife, was told to sit near the closest seat and that we would be further assisted from there. We were then assisted by a lady who pulled out a couple of the things that we wanted to see at first, but only about 10 minutes in we recognized her often getting distracted by her watch and a reluctant attitude towards getting things. She pulled out some models near my wife and said that we had to move to a different part of the store to see other ones, despite seeing my wife’s condition. We tried explaining but we complied and went there, but it was of little use. She pulled out a limited amount of new models which was not what we were looking for, so we asked if there was something in the collection behind her back that she could see if it matched our liking. She gave us an immediate “no” and told us to pick from one of the four or five models that we were not desiring. Keep in mind, during all this time, she was still getting distracted, quite reluctant to assist us, and also rushing us majorly, which increased as more time went on. Due to this unsatisfactory attitude, we limited our purchase greatly.
Moreover, while checking out and bagging, she put a pendant and a chain in one box, with another pendant in another. We asked her to give us another box to separate the pendant and the chain but she denied and told us that she was supposed to put all three in only one box but she has given us an extra box. I told her my situation in which i had to travel back 6 hours so we needed to put it in the trunk of my car, so i had to make sure that it did not get damaged and keep it safe, but she denied again. By seeing this conversation, the manager stepped in and told her to give us another box but she did not want to, but only did after she had no choice and argued with both myself and the manager. After this box issue was finished, she started asking me a lot of questions that seemed mocking to me because of her mannerisms and tone.
Overall, I am not coming back as well as would not recommend this store to anybody. Bottom line, they are not a customer based company, instead rushing them, and even worse, mocking them. If this goes like this, the reputation of this shop would be...
