Posted previously about how poor the delivery managers customer service skills are. Well- we went back and they charged another delivery fee. Have a copy of receipt with delivery date of 30th. Got a phone call that it would not happen till the 4th. Delivery manager said “the paper means nothing - someone didn’t put it in system”. So we go back- ask for refund on delivery and say we will take it ourself. They refuse. Have to argue for refund. Rent a uhaul and return. After waiting 45 min- told the couch is on the truck? Have to wait for couch to come back. Isiaih in the warehouse proceeds to complain about how “impatient” we were. Then THROWS the couch into the Uhaul. Couch has damage now. Will be returning on Monday to see what can be done. Which will probably be nothing. BEWARE!!!!! Do NOT...

He was very friendly and showed me where everything that I was looking for was.
