So I didnā€™t see anything stating that this was just a freaking ghost kitchen! Iā€™m surely highly disappointed of the time I took out of my day to drive all the way over here to get some authentic Thai food after reading several of the great reviews I saw and came to see that there was nothing here, but the freaking door and itā€™s not even open at the time it supposed to be open at 2 oā€™clock! This is very frustrating and very concerning as well! You all should post that on your page as well as on your website, I donā€™t see it and I was looking forward to some great food now Iā€™m officially hangry and I have a whole attitude! šŸ˜”

I really wanted to like this spot! However, our catering order left a lot to be desired: Pad won sen w/shrimp- tad bit overcooked Pepper steak- seasoned extraordinary well yet it had a lot of undercooked pieces Chocolate chip cookies - sooooooo good! They smelled so delectable that I ate them well before thinking of taking a photograph! In light of the cute motivational statements they wrote on our order & to be fair, I will give this spot a try as a paying customer sooner than later!

I recently ordered from ā€˜ Be Thai ā€˜ for the first time today on 11/19/24. My co-workers spoke highly of this place and I was easily persuaded to give it a try . They have a variety of items to select from and offer pick-up and delivery. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING !!!! If I could give it 10 stars I would !! The food was HOT and the ingredients were FRESH! Overall meal was fulfilling!! I ordered the PAD WOONSEN -w/chicken. Each order also comes with a warm & soft chocolate chip cookie for desert .

The food was delivered in great timing ! Didnā€™t take long at all.

TRUST ME! Iā€™m a picky eater and I must say this was the BEST THAI FOOD Iā€™ve ever had in ATLANTA.

The customer service was TOP TIER !! I met the owners and they are very pleasant people .

Hungry ??? I HIGHLY recommend trying ā€˜Be Thai ā€˜

I definitely will be ordering again soon and again after that ....

Exceptional Customer Service! When my DoorDash driver delivered the wrong order, he seemed unconcerned and advised me to contact customer service. It was late, I was on vacation, and all I wanted was to locate my order. I reached out to Jamie, the owner, and he truly went above and beyond for me! Not only did he track down my order, but he also delivered it to my hotel at 11 PM. It wasn't Be Thai's fault, yet they exceeded my expectations in resolving the DoorDash mix-up, which they didn't even have to do. The food was fantastic!
