Our wedding was in Oklahoma City and we were lucky enough to have the Hansen team! I knew from the very beginning I wanted Tonya to be a part of our special day (in more ways than you even know!) and that included bridal hair. I sent Tonya photos of what I wanted for my hair a few months before and her excitement about the look was unmatched. The morning of she did a blow out and then styled it. I have a ton of hair that is naturally curly and she worked magic! It was sleek, curled perfectly, and held the entire day into the night (even in that OK humidity). There are very few people I trust to do anything with my hair and she is one of them. This was by far the easiest part of the day and the one thing I did not stress about at all. AMAZING SALON!!

So I'm sure majority of us have had a bad hair experience at least once before. Well it happened to me this weekend at a DIFFERENT salon (which I already wrote a review for so I won't bash them again). I was in a huge predicament with my hair, as the top of my head was danm near orange and cheetah print after 2 days and 10+ hours with the OTHER SALON "trying to fix it" I was over it, so I called Hansen & co. And explained what happened, They were able to squeeze me in that day! Sarah went above and beyond to fix my hair and return it to a beautiful natural blonde! She is amazingly talented and even stayed 4 HOURS after they closed that day to help me out! I can't brag about her and the service I recieved at this salon! Won’t come back again! I had a double process color and it should be done in 2 hours but it took me 5 hours. Also, the color should be blonde cause I am asking for a hair bleach, but actually, the staff even cannot make a same color to my hair. I got four different colors including silver, gray, blonde and blue. I have to go to another hair salon to redo it! Even worse, the staff contaminated my shirt and didn’t tell me. I found out when I back home and the stain cannot be washed off! I wasted a shirt for a poorly done hair color. Also, the staff didn’t wash off the hair dye on my head and ears. Worst...
