We had “Spice up your Home” stage our house for sale in 2018. We needed the sale to happen fast and they did not waste our time. They did their job!! The house never looked better and we had an offer 4 days later!! Talia and her incredible team did such an amazing job that it made it that much harder for us to say goodbye to our home❤️ After that experience I kew I needed her in my life! I promised Talia I would be calling her when we purchased again.

Fast forward 3 years, and Talia is back in our house. This time we asked her to work her beautiful magic to turn our dream house into our dream-forever HOME.

We are all about family. Talia was coming to help us turn 4 rooms into cozy, elegant, yet welcoming rooms where our family of 3 could gather at anytime and enjoy incredible comfort and experience a sense of peace each time. We wanted each room to look and feel like ours. Each room had to look beautiful but also practical and inviting. Oh boy did she listen!!! She spent a substantial amount of time looking around our house to get a feel of our style, measured each corner and asked millions of questions. Two days later she personally contacted me and invited us to her store where she had already picked some furniture she thought we would love. She wasn’t wrong!!! That same day we chose most of our furniture and it was delivered 3 days later. Our home has become our favorite place in the whole world! My son’s messy playroom has turned into our favorite place to sit together and read, talk as a family and where he and his friends spend hours playing video-games . It looks so elegant and beautiful, and he has taken so much pride in “his room” that he won’t even let anyone wear shoes in it!!! Our living room is where we gather for movie night and where my husband enjoys his games. We asked Talia to find us a sofa where the three of us could lay down comfortably at the same time. She delivered!!! We enjoy our time together sooooo much!!!! Our dining room has the coolest table in the whole world! We have had people over for dinner just so we can show it off!! Our office has his and hers sides. She helped me make my side-mine and my husband’s his! I am in love with my house. Sometimes after I’m already tucked in in bed at night, I get up, and tour our home one last time just to get a glimpse before I go to bed. I love my home!!!

What have my friends said about it? I’ll tell you! One friend I caught snapping pictures at my entryway console! It’s so beautiful!! I contacted Spice Up Your Home and was immediately put through to Talia. She was very nice and helpful. I was excited to stage my home and get it on the market ASAP. While in the middle of getting my home on the market we encountered a problem and we're not able to sell. I called Talia immediately and she met me at my house to discuss options. This is when things changed. She was very rude when I asked simple questions. Calling me "honey" in a very condescending way and demeaning me by asking "how are you going to pay for all of this" this was after I had asked her for a quote on all the furniture. She even went as far to scold me while I held my newborn daughter because I told her I had slept on My mattress that they had placed on their bed-frame. Her co worker had asked me to use my mattress and I said yes but that I had no other place to sleep and she stated that it was fine. I slept on my mattress two times with my daughter because I was only stopping in Arizona for a weekend. I understand miscommunication happens and I was apologetic but the way this was handled and the way she spoke to me left me crying while I held my daughter that day. I also understand things from a business aspect and keeping things neutral but her harsh words and actions were not professional and made it very personal towards me. She even threatening me with legal action if I didn't do as she said. I was left devastated and very confused. I ended up buying a lot of the furniture from her. After everything was said and done I spent over 10k with this company. I'm writing this review in hopes she would change the way she talks to people and hope this doesn't happen to another person in the future. I have never experienced such bad costumer service. I highly recommend Spice Up Your Home! If there was a rating above 5 stars, I would rate them even higher. Talia, Chelsea and staff are very talented with design and excel in customer service. They carry an amazing selection of furnishings and wall art. I first reached out to SUYH when a friend of mine liked the website on FB. I have been going through a total transformation with the interior design of my home. I desperately needed help and guidance on how to make it happen. I was stuck in a costly quagmire trying to bring things together. I setup an appointment with Talia to visit my home and help me move forward. She was amazing.....she took pictures of every room, listened to what I was trying to accomplish and helped me develop a plan. I bought many stunning pieces of furniture, decorative pieces and artwork that are just what I was looking for from SUYH and continue reaching out to Talia, Chelsea and staff for suggestions. Talia is also very generous with sharing her resources for electricians, furniture repair, etc. If you don't visit SUYH you are missing out on a very special place where you feel like you are surrounded by beautiful things as well as some of the most caring and talented professionals to be found!
