9/2/2025. The manager has contacted me and stated that the concern below has been addressed. I appreciate the management's concern and quick action. We love the food and I believe this was an isolated incident so we'll be heading back in the upcoming week or two. Thank you Raegan and your prompt attention.
8/28/2025, What a difference a month makes. We visited this location this morning. We were seated. We sat for a while, and finally asked another server to get our server. When Hope arrived, she did not introduce herself nor welcome us. We asked for coffee and a mimosa. We finished both and waited another 5-10 minutes without Hope reappearing. Finally had to ask another server to find her and ask her to come to our table to take our order. When she appeared, again, she was not happy, but did take our order. After another 10 minutes or so we had enough, caught her coming from another table and asked her to cancel the order, we paid for our beverages and left. This service was bordering on rude. We know other servers at this location and will be asking for them in the future. I'm not going to change the star rating, but I believe this was a specific server.

That was amazing. It almost tasted like I was back in New Orleans. Service was great atmosphere is great overall a great place to...
Read moreFor those of you that read my reviews you're fully aware of my obsession with all things eggs benedict . Today while out and about with a few of my kids we decided to stop for a late breakfast. I was so excited to see a new eggs benedict on their seasonal menu. This one definitely has some flare and I was unsure at first if I should go for it. You only I've once though so I decided to go for it. I'm so glad I did. I love when a restaurant thinks out of the box and the Barbacoa Quesadilla Benedict was just that. I was questioning what it would be like with a quesadilla instead of an English muffin, but our server Jenna reassured me with how good it was. When it arrived it looked fantastic and paired well with the black beans as my side. The Vera Cruz hollandaise sauce (has added pico mixed in) had the perfect kick. The barbacoa quesadilla is prepared quesabirra style. The meat was tender and it all paired so well together. My eggs were poached to my liking. while the yolk was a little runny it was not too poached or dry yolk. I enjoyed a purple haze drink with my meal as well. Service was awesome. Jenna was friendly, kind and helpful with my questions. My kids all enjoyed their meals. My son's girlfriend who had never been to a First Watch is now a total fan....
Read moreI’ve been a regular customer here for some time and usually enjoy it, but my recent experience with the manager was unacceptable. Dogs are allowed on the patio (even if they aren’t service animals), and I’ve brought my dog here many times without any issues. However, during this visit, the manager stormed up to our table, visibly angry, and aggressively asked if my dog was a service animal. My dog could sense his hostility and started barking at him, which only seemed to escalate the situation. Instead of addressing things calmly, the manager went straight to threatening to kick us out, even though we were polite, respectful, and made an effort to tip our server generously.
The experience was so upsetting that I was on the verge of tears, and I couldn’t even finish my meal. What made it worse was how uncomfortable the situation was—not just for us, but for others on the patio, who later asked if I was okay because of how unnecessarily harsh the manager had been. I’ve never had an issue at any restaurant before, and both the staff and other guests here typically enjoy having my dog around. Unfortunately, this incident was embarrassing and disheartening. If you’re a dog owner,...
