Great customer service! I was having issues with my tires and after a couple of visits, I ended up getting new ones. They have a good selection of tires, and I ended up getting the lowest priced ones. After the tires were installed I requested a test drive. Sometime during the test drive a wheel cover was lost Not only did Kevin, the owner, order a replacement at no cost to me, but when it arrived he put on 4 brand new wheel covers for free Although Marsh doesn't do alignments there, Kevin, the owner, referred me to a garage nearby where I was able to get a 4 wheel alignment for only $45. They do perform other automotive services there including inspections and oil changes. I've included the picture of their oil change prices below, because I think they really can't be beat. It's like $38.50 for an oil change, or $10 in change if you just want them to do the work and you supply the materials. When my car was recently inspected I was told by a place I used to trust that my front brake pads were very low and needed replaced immediately. When Kevin was having the wheel covers installed I had Marsh check on all my brakes, and found out that they were still in very good condition and did not need replaced. So I now have a new permanent garage that I know I can trust whenever issues arise with my car, and that place is Marsh Tire. Their customer service went above and beyond...

horrible. Took my car there to get a part fixed. Part was changed and that night car was worse. Took it next day said didn't know the issue but would try cleaning something. Called back said was worse and needed to buy a $200 part + labor that MIGHT fix it. I told them no. Continued to have issues found a vacuum leak by spraying start fluid on engine and it would idle up. Called to tell them took it down it was the part they fixed, claimed they fixed it and everything was fine. Left again same issue went back and told me I did something to the car. Needless to say won't be back, horrible service, rude customer service and did not stand behind their work. Used to be a great place went to them for years but not anymore.

Edit to respond to their comment back. I did NOT ask for cheapest way. I took brand new parts into their that I wanted fixed. He did not use 2 of the things I asked to be replaced, today he wanted to replace them now. Why now when I asked originally to be done? Also wanted to replace the throttle body which was not the issue at all. Don't worry took it somewhere right after I left today and he fixed it no issues. Said EGR was not done properly, the intake and egr vacuum tube was not even connected along with no o ring gasket which you supposedly replaced this morning when I was there. Interesting how...

My fiance took his car to get inspected & he couldn't pass due to one of his doors being unsafe from a previous accident. Totally understandable, not their problem. He took it in again to get new break pads, pretty simple? Nope, when he drove off the lot his car was making a scratching/screeching sound.. he took it back & they said it's because his wheel baring was loose, and a "special mechanic" would have to fix it. Not even 2 hours later, the sound got louder while we were driving & his tires locked up & we were stuck in the middle of an intersection. Got the car to go into the nearest parking lot & call Marsh, and they said it was my fiancés fault. I called my dad because luckily he lives close, and he said that it sounds like they put the breaks in wrong, causing them to lock. Now I'm sitting in a Boston Market parking lot waiting for a tow-truck. I can't believe they're trying to say it's our fault. His car didn't make these sounds until after they messed with it. My fiance called his sister, turns out they did the exact same thing to her car.. breaks & all. Seeing the other reviews of this place infuriates me! How do they get away with this. I'm not taking any crap when we get there. It's unbelievable....
