Ordered my son a tux for prom arrived two days before prom open up tux find out the ultra slim fit high hemmed pants he wanted are not only not hemmed but not tight like the sales person kept saying during first visit. We asked to speak to owner several times but was told we couldn’t until 10 a.m. which would be the day of the prom. Was offered my money back which is a joke considering it’s around 5 o’clock the night before the prom. His only option is to wear that tux or miss his chance to go to prom his senior year. I explained how his 84 year old grandmother who is in the icu at the hospital used to work their as a teenager. Her reply sorry to hear that and then silence. Between the two visits I was told by salesperson how good she is at her job. Well clearly she is out of touch with what today’s youth are wearing. Terrible customer service. You try to support local businesses and then this is what you get. We specifically asked and explained that his only request was to have pants as we described. The sales lady now says that the ultra slim are only tight in the waste a total flip flop from the first visit. After what these kids have had to deal in 2020 and 2021 not to mention the situation with his grandma you would think zelinskis would have some compassion. My daughter, granddaughter and me was there on a Monday shopping for Prom dresses, the help that we got from Grace was tremendously helpful. My granddaughter was a little self conscious about taking her bra off to try dresses on but Judy knew all the right things to say to her to take it off so we could get the full effect of the dress. When we got home and she showed her friend her dress, the girls realized that they have the same identical dress but different colors. I called the shop first thing on Wednesday morning (they wasn’t opened on Tuesday) and explained the situation, Judy was very understanding. They let us bring the dress back and exchange it for her second choice that she was actually torn about when we was picking dresses out on Monday. We live about 2 hours away, she took the dress off the rack and put it back until we got there. We are so deeply appreciative of their cooperation and their concern for my granddaughter. From the minute I walked into Zelenski's, we were treated professionally. I showed Rachel a picture of some ideas I had for my wedding dress. They did not have in stock those dresses in the pictures, but they had dresses that were similar. And I absolutley fell in love with one of them more so than any of the pictures I had shown her. Rachel is just the absolute BEST and Judy is always so helpful too! They always have a smile on their face and really work with you on making you look perfect for your big day. I also am getting our bridesmaids dresses from here and they were also so sweet to my girls. The one thing that I love about Zelenski's is that if they do not have the dress in stock, they will work with you to bring it in.
