Aspire — Local services in Charleston

I've only just moved in, but I'm already blown away by everything here at Aspire, from the friendly front office staff to the facilities to the quality of the housing to especially the maintenance manager Max, who all solidified my opinions of Aspire as truly a gem among apartment complexes. Laura and Alexa of the front office are both incredibly nice and accommodating and go above and beyond for the residents. I had furniture delivered before moving in, and they both made sure it was kept safe and secure before my arrival and even moved some of it into my apartment for me! The living quarters themselves are in great shape with all new appliances and a great modern yet minimalist design scheme. The amenities are top notch, with an beautiful pool and small gym kept in good upkeep. The members of the maintenance staff, specifically Max, are all incredibly kind, friendly, and competent at their jobs and fix issues so quickly. I almost don't want to write this review just to keep this place a secret for myself, but otherwise I can't recommend Aspire at James Island enough as your next home...

I have loved living here since I moved to Charleston. I literally have no complaints. The apartments are modern and well appointed. The management goes way above and beyond to respond to resident needs, while also holding other tenants accountable so it’s a nice environment for everyone. Maintenance issues are always promptly acknowledged the day after I put in a request and, often, they are fixed the same day. I really appreciate the small scale of the place, which also adds to the charm and quaintness of the complex. It has a very nice pool and great 24/7 clubhouse where you can work out, play pool, get coffee and hang out. All of this for a much lower monthly rent than comparable apartment buildings in the area. The location is also spectacular. You are close to everything without having to deal with constant traffic and flooding that plagues the nearby peninsula. Moved here a day before Christmas Eve. Office staff Jay& Laura are so friendly and helpful! Experience was great from beginning to end. The apartment, gym, pool and club house are all very clean and nice. They keep the grounds clean and maintained very well! Quiet and peaceful environment. All my neighbors are so friendly.
