Final edit: The owner removed their response and then had their employees (and their friends) give at least 5 reviews to balance out mine. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SHADY BUSINESS. The rating is severely inflated!

EDIT: after the rude response from the owner I have changed my review to one star but I wish it was zero. Instead of trying to make it right, they typed that nasty response ignoring all the feedback that I did give them. VERY IMMATURE.

I have given this place at least 4 tries and it never hits the mark. The “drive through “ takes forever, the two times I have been through (weekdays) it took ten minutes for each car in line, and another ten minutes to just make my drink. This last time when I got to the front the girl taking orders finished taking an order inside, made eye contact with me in my car, stood there for a few seconds and then took someone else’s order inside, and then took my order. The employees here are not trained properly on how to give good customer service. Coffee isn’t even that good. Last time I got a mocha and it didn’t even taste like chocolate. I got a “pup cup” for my 10 pound dog and received a 16 ounce cup full of whipped cream.

One time I came in on a Saturday and there was no where to wait in line because they were having an event where someone was doing peoples hair right in front as you walk in. I get you want to have events to bring people in but think them through.

This place just seems to be very poorly managed or run by a bunch of inexperienced young girls with no sense of urgency or...

My boyfriend and I stopped here after I told him DO NOT take me to Charleston and stop at a Starbucks! 😂 he was so glad I found this coffee shop, which was 4 mins away from the Starbucks. I believe he had one of the energy boosting drinks, which I had a sip of and it was amazing. I don’t even like those normally, but I would buy it on a hot afternoon. I had the Salty Cowboy. I was nervous ordering it hot, because it sounded better cold, but I prefer hot coffee 24/7. It was the best latte I’ve ever had. I’m in Charlotte, so I took note of the flavors to make it at home. I’m sure it won’t taste quite the same, but I NEED that latte every morning now!!!! I would’ve never thought of those flavors for a latte but wow, I’ll remember that one for years.

Also- I am a coffee lover, not a syrup lover. So if you’re worried this latte is too sickly, it is not. It was the perfect balance of coffee, sea salt, coconut and caramel. I also added a pinch of sea salt and cinnamon to the top of mine. I felt this latte was amazing, because the flavors went so well with the espresso. 13/10. I was talking about it...

Initially this place was a vibe and felt like I found one of my new favorite coffee spots. However the vibe quickly changed once your inside and start dealing with staff. The girl at the register obviously did not want to be there and appeared to be working the front register as well as the drive thru window. And I am not sure who the older lady was (maybe one of the owners?) but she did not give anyone any warning or heads up she just shut off the lights and started telling us to leave as they close at 12pm on Wednesdays. Which is fine however she continued to rush us all out like she was herding cattle. I walked up to the register to ask if they had stickers or decals to put on my laptop, car, etc. and before I could even ask she again shouted "We are closed now!" so I didn't even get to ask. Coffee was good but service not so much and for that I personally will not be back. Especially when Muddy Waters, Dawn Patrol, and Huriyali are all close by and provide not only better options but an even...
