The shopping strip is a mixed use area and at first appearance you think small but when you enter your senses are awakened by the smell of zen doused with warmth and professionalism from receptionists, Courtney welcoming you by name as Olivia is greeting you with forms of necessity and drink requests. Serene is in the air as we are led by Courtney to one of two or three lounge areas of relaxation with neck warmers, sounds of bubbling streams and, clean mahogany floors with loungers of furniture reflecting soft neutral colors. Stephanie, my massage therapist arrives and prepare me for my hour long amazing massage by inquiring of my needs of problem areas or if I just want to simply relax. Stephanie is very knowledgeable with a passion for serving in this essential field. I feel relaxed and renewed as Stephanie’s hands which should be insured were hypnotizing my mind and body to clarity. Ensuring that I am comfortable with the pressure my massage was excellent!! Cleanliness is second nature for the staff and you will feel that they are taking COVID-19 very seriously all masks and washing hands frequently. All of their best people are gone.
We used to get our massages here on a regular basis before Covid. They brought back couples' massages so we booked again and had the worst massage of my life. We booked for a Swedish, specifically told our massage therapists that we did not want a deep tissue, then had the most uncomfortable massage and left less relaxed then when I arrived. Then, as I was paying for our couples' massage, one of the girls stuck her head around the corner to told the girl ringing us up that we had deep tissue massages (and we specifically told them that we hate deep tissue massages) and so they rang us up for the more expensive deep tissue massage. Complete SCAM. So, instead of fighting over the money, we just decided to let them have their last dollar from us. If you go here, I'm very sorry for the experience you have. It used to be an outstanding place. As I mentioned earlier, we used to get our couples' massages here on a regular basis. It has definitely changed ownership and they have turned it into a nightmare. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! ALL THE BEST PEOPLE HAVE LEFT. Now it isn't even worth $20 per...
Read moreExpensive for an hour long pedicure that involved 15 minutes of just sitting in a dark room, plus afterwards my feet are rough and not smooth like I would think they should be. There were also No chairs, just a hard bench to sit on during the pedicure, so it’s hard to relax at all. A bench is painful for someone with a bad back. You’d think an expensive place would have nice cushioned chairs to sit in. They also don’t do anything to dry the polish on your toes and you’re told that for 2 hours nothing can touch them. So the polish messed up right away. The temporary flip flops came apart in the parking lot. Couldn’t just sit for 2 hours and wait. You don’t have to wait 2 hours after a manicure to do anything. The women were very nice but the price, rough feet still, and uncomfortable seating for the 40-45 minutes of the pedicure wasn’t worth it. First and last pedicure I plan to get. Not worth the price. They also ask your anniversary date on the application, but didn’t offer a deal for couples anniversary pedicure, so other than being nosy I don’t understand the reason for the question. They also text/email regardless of whether you say yes or no...
